Works a treat but two problems

When the user is using a customized welcome page with a inbox preview the formula does not launch.
(therefore the return receipt is sent)

The same happens when the user has their mail database open in the normal fashion with the preview window open. Any ideas? Is there a better way to do this in your experience?
